Cellulite describes bumpy body fat under the skin which causes a dumpling look and usually appears on the hips, thighs, and buttocks.
The cause for cellulite is gradual thickening of the body fat cells which cause them not to be able to decompose the fat and cause the cellulite bumpy appearance.
