Tips for Breast Plastic Surgery: |
- Make sure to collect as much information as you can before and after choosing to surgeon.
- Know the risks and the benefits of the breast surgery and make sure it is good for you and what you really want for yourself.
- Get information on the internet and from people that had the breast surgery. Ask questions about the procedure and about the surgeon you chose.
- Choose a surgeon with experience on breast surgeries and implantations.
- Make sure the surgeon and the clinic are licensed.
- Ask the clinic for the number of operations they perform each month and ask for the number of procedures the surgeon is performing each month.
- Ask the clinic for the kind of implements they use and make sure it is a PMA approved.
- Ask how many years the clinic is on the market and also how many years the surgeon perfumes breast surgeries and what kind.
- Ask the clinic and the surgeon for complications they had before.
- When choosing an implement make sure it won't be visible or felt. Notice: The size of the implement, the texture, the amount of skin available to cover the implement, and placement.
- There are 3 incision sites that are available: Underarm, breast fold, and around the nipple. Make sure to choose the right site for you. Also know that umbilical incision site is not recommended by most clinics.
- After surgery expect to have: some pain, swelling, bruising, tenderness and scaring. Be prepared and ask your surgeon what to expect.
